Mental Health Drop-in
The mental health drop-in service offers one-to-one support and group sessions from different locations in the community.
The drop-in provides a safe space to access support information on a range of topics, as well as socialise with others in a comfortable, non-judgemental environment.
The drop-in sessions cover a range of topics including:
- Wellbeing
- Hobbies
- Healthy eating on a budget
- Advice on substance misuse
- Housing
- Employment
Staff are also available during the drop-in slots for a short 20-minute 1:1 sessions. Where longer sessions may be needed, please speak to us in advance.
Who is this service for?
The drop-in session can be accessed by any Solihull resident aged over 18.
How do I access the service?
You can come and go as you please and no referral is required. To attend a session, drop in to one of the locations during a drop-in slot. If you have any questions or require support to attend, please contact us directly.

LAYCA Centre
- Mondays 11.30am - 2.30pm
- Wednesdays 3.00pm - 6.00pm
Connection Church
- Tuesdays 10.00am – 1.00pm
- Fridays 1.30pm – 4.30pm
Solihull Methodist Church
- Saturdays 12.30pm – 4.30pm
